PEP TALKS: Tea With My Spirit Guides and Great Mother

Woman: Hey, Great Mother. Got a minute?

Great Mother: Hey, my beautiful daughter. Always, my darling. What's on your mind?

Woman: So, uh, I’m feeling pretty unworthy. How’s that for a start?

Great Mother: Darling. Unworthy? Sweetheart, I didn’t send you down here with that baggage. You’ve been bamboozled, that’s all. Your unworthiness? It’s a little side effect of forgetting who you are—forgetting me, forgetting Earth, forgetting the vast cosmic web that ties you to all things and energy that flows within and around you.

Woman: Right, right, I forgot. I tend to do that—just forget my entire existence and purpose. No biggie. So what happened? Why am I all tangled up in this mess?

Great Mother: Oh, honey. We’ve been tangled for far too long. See, for millennia, humanity’s been dancing to a tune of scarcity, aloneness, and fear—all based on the lie that you and I, and all of creation, are separate. The world has been under the grip of THAT parasitic mindset. Imagine that! People forgot the sacred unity that connects all things, leading to fear, scarcity, and separation. And that’s when this feeling of loneliness, mistrust, and disconnection took root. It's been too long. But now, I’m calling my daughters to remember who they are.  Men and their supremacy ideas, and their "we’re the center of the universe" nonsense—yeah, that’s the real parasite. You’ve inherited their bad habits, but it's time for you to kick it to the curb.

Woman:  Of course. So... what now? Do I just stop listening to men, throw away my high heels, and hug a tree?

Great Mother: Oh honey, I wish it were that simple. The rebirth of the goddess energy is here. You and your sisters are being called to protect and steward this next phase of life on Earth. By remembering who you truly are, you will help guide the world back into harmony. But yes, in some ways, it’s time to decenter them—along with all that toxic patriarchal nonsense. This is the time of the feminine. My time. A time for women to take the reins and guide the next phase of life. You’re the stewards now, sweetie. You’re the ones who hold the key to bringing everything back into balance. This is why it’s so important you remember who you are.

Woman: So, no more crying into my wine glass while rewatching old rom-coms? Got it. But, uh, how do I actually start feeling worthy? Because I’m not going to lie—this whole self-love thing feels a bit... like a scam.

Great Mother: I see what you did there. Look, sweetheart, no amount of wine or rom-coms is going to fix this. Your worth is in your heart. Not in the external crap the world’s sold you. To feel worthy, you’ve got to reconnect with your inner truth. Your power. And your sisters. You’ve got gifts—special ones, only you have them. Activate them. Cultivate them. Stop doubting yourself, and trust that the women around you will hold you up. You are worthy because you are part of this universe. It's that simple—and that magnificent. The key is within you—inside your heart. You won’t find your worth by looking outside of yourself. Connect to your inner truth. Trust in yourself and your sisters. Know that you have been blessed with unique gifts that are meant to be activated and shared. Believe in your own power, and in the power of your community. You are worthy because you are connected to everything.

Woman: So, basically, stop overthinking it and start trusting my gut?

Great Mother: Bingo. And while you're at it, stop waiting for permission from anyone, especially men or society.

You’re a force of nature.
